Dixie State College gave back this Halloween season to grow closer with members of the local community.
The annual Special Needs Carnival was a big hit this year as students and faculty involved with clubs, student government and other organizations created over 20 booths for this carnival held in the Gardner Center.
Booths included face painting, a photo booth, minute-to-win-it, karaoke, fish ponds, cotton candy, and a lot more games and free food and candy for the special needs community to enjoy.
Elementary schools, special needs mutual and other groups were contacted and invited to this free event. Everyone appeared to enjoy themselves, and students of DSC showed their school spirit by stepping up to the plate and going above and beyond previous years.
