Kristi Shields is a junior media studies major from Salt Lake City, Utah. This is Kristi’s fifth semester on staff, and her second as our editor-in-chief. Some of her hobbies include yoga, reading, photography, shopping, listening to crime podcasts, and watching TV. Emily Mildenhall is a senior English major from Hurricane, Utah. Some of her hobbies are listening to horror podcasts, watching scary movies, and loves spending time with her three wonderful cats. Sydney Berenyi is a senior media studies major from Las Vegas, Nevada. This is her third semester on staff, and second semester as the features editor. Sydney’s hobbies include playing volleyball, watching movies, and painting, and she currently interns for Utah public radio. When she graduates, she’d like to become a journalist. Megan Webb is a sophomore media studies major from Herriman, Utah. This is her second semester on staff as sports editor. Her hobbies include watching all sports, but she especially enjoys soccer. Breanna Biorato is a sophomore art major from Las Vegas, Nevada. This is Breanna’s third semester on staff as the photo editor. Some of her hobbies include photography, skateboarding, watching movies, baking and going on drives. Breanna is also the Director of Photography and Videography for DSU men’s basketball and the biggest Selena Gomez fan in the nation. Olivia Rudd is a senior media studies major from St. Paul, Minnesota. This is her first semester on staff as the video editor. Her number one goal is to work in TV production, which is inspired by the opportunity to be creative and virtuous. She loves to create anything from digital designs to teaching dance classes. “When there’s a will there’s a way, and when there’s integrity there’s prosperity,” she says.

Aubrey Gurney is a senior media studies major from Heber City, Utah. This is her second semester on staff as our social media editor. Aubrey’s hobbies include listening to podcasts and being outside.
