Vapes, Juuls and e-cigarettes are all different devices filled with a liquid that contains nicotine, flavoring and other chemicals. The FDA Office of Criminal Investigation is in the process of creating a new rule that would require vape companies to submit the products they would be selling to the public and evidence must also be submitted to the FDA in 2020.
