Marijuana Farm Raided in Pinto

By:

The Iron County Police force left Pinto hot and sweaty at the end of their shift Wednesday morning, with 6,800 marijuana plants in tow. The plants were obtained through a raid that began at 4:00 a.m., utilizing a four team task force. Iron County authorities admit some difficulty getting to the plants, as the area was reportedly tangled and thick with foliage. The police are currently searching for suspects who fled the scene, but with three plots spread over half a mile in an already isolated location, the capture of these plants should be seen as another formidable victory for the Iron County Police Force.
